Quotation

An offer from a seller to a (potential) buyer of products or services at stated prices and conditions, valid until a stated expiry date. A quotation may answer a Request for Quote, and may in turn be accepted by a Purchase Order.

Beyond KTDDE. This document is not among the 36 key trade documents of the ICC-DSI KTDDE , and is therefore not part of the KTDDE compliance assessment. Its data elements are instead derived from the UN/EDIFACT QUOTES  (Quote) message, D.24A.
